Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Fazting, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open the app, go to the paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

I lost my data after reinstalling. Can I recover it?

Fazting stores everything locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data permanently. We recommend exporting your data periodically via Settings → Export.

Is my data shared?

Refund requests

Apple handles all App Store refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Fazting purchase, and request a refund.
