These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Fazting mobile application (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Fazting helps you track intermittent fasting sessions, weight, and body measurements. It is a self-tracking tool, not a medical device, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone — including pregnant or breastfeeding people, people with a history of eating disorders, people with diabetes, and children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting protocol. You use the app at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Some features of the app ("Premium") require an in-app purchase. We currently offer:
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund flow.
The app stores your fasting sessions, weight entries, body measurements, photos, and preferences locally on your device. You own this data. We do not see it. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is and is not transmitted.
You agree not to reverse-engineer the app, attempt to bypass the in-app purchase system, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any health-related results will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and announce the change in the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app or to Premium features if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
